1Divorce Decree by Judge Hansel.
The decree freed Fred from the custody and care of the two youngest children, Martha and Daisy. Martha and Daisy were admitted by Louisa to be the children of Phillip.
Louisa left Fred for Phillip Hansilman. Fred secured a divorce from Louisa in August 1880. Judge Hensel issued the decree on the grounds of desertion and unfaithfulness by the wife. The dercee gave Fred custody of four minor children, Ellen, William, Henry and George.
